Realistically it won’t happen for a while due to complications, etc. But they say that universal health might be possible for children soon, or at least required for all children.

Polls can be fixed to give you any results you want. Lets not govern according to polls.
In any case, I’ll bet most American dont know what a disaster a universal health care system is.
Several states in this country already gives some form of universal health care. Never heard of these success stories? Do you know why? Because they’re anything but successful. Hawaii, one of the most liberal states, adopted Universal Health Care, only to get rid of it after only 7 months!
