I heard someone talking about the moving trucks that hauled out approx. 12 million dollars worth of stuff from the whitehouse when the clintons left office. I was just curious to the truth of that.

They took some items that were given as gifts to them while Bill was president. This has raised some eyebrows but it is hardly a situation unique to the Clintons.
Absolutely not- the movers took some items–a mop and a broom, but they were returned.

I looked this up and found the following article. Of course, if the Clintons intentionally misreported gifts I doubt they’d admit to it… It sounds like the turned all the unreported gifts over to the Clinton Library to get out of trouble.
