@bobshenix I’m a progressive and I like Ron Paul. Surprised? I don’t think Congressman Paul is a vicious guy but his Senator Rand Paul scares me. He doesn’t sound at all like his father. Maybe that’s just me.
The fact that the media is so quick to write him off and tries to discredit him (surprised that Rachel hasn’t here) makes me even more skeptical of our neo-con dominated government. Ron Paul is too genuine to ignore, period. ANd he is right that all this partisan bullshit is a deliberate distraction from the real issues… you can’t see that??
I am sort of skeptical about some of the exact measures Paul would take but I still support him and here is why. The man is just so consistent and such a breath of fresh air when you hear him talk… nobody on the hill seems to have any integrity or principle today.
I think his message about the two party system, politics as usual hoodwinking the American people is completely legitimate, we need his voice louder in government regardless of your views of fiscal policy.

Is it odd that un-biased, nonpartisan news outlets are truly biased? There are other choices? History has shown that money, signs and billboards won’t give you representation? I am Jesse Holland and encourage the media to look beyond the promises of party candidates and replace the office, as it belongs, to the state and the citizen’s therein. I am Jesse Holland – …the other candidate.
why in hindsight is he ready to roll back the “significant changes” promulgated by youngsters in the 60s/70s, which include an increasing government role in protecting rights and security and almost led to communism.

Ron has the same position as Rand on the CRA of 64′. This was clearly a hatchet job. She’ll do the same to Ron when the time come’s.

She personally admires Ron Paul. You can tell at the end. This means the woman has ice water running through her veins for what she did with Rand.
