If the obama multi-billion dollar stimulus package fails and the recession deepens, then what is the consequence?

Is Obama presidency all over after that? I have heard that if Obama stimulus fails, the consequences will be far more dangerous, then NOT creating any stimulus at all.

Obama says, “if we don’t have stimulus, it will be catastrophe”

but why doesn’t he say, “if stimulus fails, the catastrophe will be 100 times larger”?

Unemployment at 12%? 15? 50?

How can we evaluate Little Joey’s statement if we don’t know when he would consider the “stimulus” a failure?

Glad to see crazy old Joe finally come clean, when he declared that the “stimulus” worked because it kept a bunch of excess government employees on the payroll. Won’t be too much longer, folks, until we are all equally poor and can enjoy the fruits of Comrade Obama’s socialist paradise.

He is defying a Federal Grant in the name of Politics. This is where Conservatism vs Liberalism comes to a head. Two very different ideologies in the name of responsibility (Government or People). What do you think?

I understand the idea behind the spending in Keynesian economics. But if Obama is using Keynesian policy, then why the abrupt, opposite plan. This seems either schizophrenic or intentionally destructive to me.
When you talk about the “wealthy” just remember that President Clinton promised to only support tax increases on the “wealthy”. That group turned out to include the unemployed and minimum wage workers when he supported the federal fuel tax increase.

“Wealthy” usually means everyone to Washington politicians.
