‘Bruni wanted to know if, like the Sarkozys, Michelle and the President had ever kept anyone waiting that way,’ writes Jonanthan Alter, an influential American journalist in a new book about Barack Obama’s presidency.

What are your views on this?

I’ve heard a lot of back and forth between the parties. Many of the Republicans I’ve heard from on news networks are 100% against a Democrat being in the presidency. They say things like "we don’t need a liberal government". Are the Republicans that threatened by Democrats or are they disgusted by the approaches? Do you think we need another Republican after these 8 years? Or should we give the Democratic way a chance?

President Obama Just became president of the Us. Wat are some challenges for his presidency.

Have Obama backers realized that if he wins the Presidency that the entire Government will belong to Democrats and the white house will be ran by two of the most liberal thinking, voting people in the country. This is my call to Republicans and Independents and some Democrats do not vote for Obama if he wins the entire government will be Democrat ran and controlled which means no filibuster’s and also it means they can pass anything into law and there will be no safety net to protect the people from the High taxes and corruption.

When Obama won the presidency, the mainstream media also won. Most of us know that the mainstream media has been in the tank for Obama. When scandals come up, and they will, will the media report this or help cover them up?

It seems that Obama has been ditching his ideological goal of bipartisanship. He stated at the beginning of his presidency that he would want to negotiate with Republicans, but now he’s claiming that his health care reform is too important for bipartisanship. Isn’t that contradictory? Additionally, when citizens protest and act according to their rights, he blames lobbyists for this…doesn’t he realize that we, the citizens, might not want this health care overall? This is our America, not his, right?

I live in Australia. Although I have a vast knowledge of this topic, and the arguments and counter-arguments of the Obama presidency, I will restrain myself from arguing with answers on this matter.

I am just interested in hearing people’s personal views on the matter.
63vette: Why do you consider socialism a bad thing?

We all know obama bought the presidency and now his nobel peace prize. Michelle won top 100 most beautiful women and now she is giving out beauty tips. OMG this crap is getting so obvious. What else do you think she will buy?

I am not taking a side on this. All word choice was intentional.

1. If Barack Obama was/is a Muslim, would you have voted for him?

2. What do you think when you hear "Muslim"?

3. This is controversial; is Obama a Christian or a Muslim do you think?

4. How would him having that particular faith affect his presidency?

Barack Obama before winning the presidency have organized leaders in each state to make strong organization nationwide for his candidacy, putting aside his fluency in delivering speeches because if that would be the basis for his victory was not enough; that strong organization is a factor that led to more leaders and supporters as added strength in his candidacy and more donations just freely flowed for his campaign. But what were the significant factors that catapulted him in winning the highest position of the U.S. Government, the Presidency? How did he really do it to gain the Presidential victory?
