For those of you who missed the few minutes before Governor Jindal started speaking, the first thing you saw was this weirdly lit building. It looked more like Halloween than Mardi Gras. I later discovered it must have been the Louisiana state capitol in Baton Rouge. I thought I was looking at a new episode of my newest guilty pleasure, “Lost Tapes”.
