It seems Tea Party support goes to Republican candidates who are trying to “separate” themselves from mainstream Republicans. Those Republicans might split votes while putting up a candidate who would likely lose to the Democrats. This is sort of the Ross Perot effect where he split out votes from disgruntled Republicans thereby giving Clinton the win.
I know that democrats are all about the people and republicans are all about the economy, but I need to know what they both are specifically.
The Republican establishment seems to want to tie their coat tails to the Tea Party in hopes that they will bring in more votes for the GOP, but what will the price be? An end to the Republican Establishment?
Lord knows they are vulnerable but seem to be going unscathed by the Democrats…
