Why are attacks on Sarah Palin off limits?
The McCain campaign throws a fit whenever anyone says anything negative about Palin. Yet, everytime the pit bull gives a speech she attacks Obama/Biden. The Obama campaign does not attack her. Even Hillary Clinton has refrained from making comments about her. Why are attacks on Sarah Palin off limits? Is this an unfair double standard?
They are not off-limits, just in bad taste. Even if she’s not suitable for election.
Cause yobama told you to lay off.
But I guess you are not really listening to what he says now are you?
Have you not been paying attention to the media? All they do is attack Palin.
Because she’s just a little woman, we must kiss her butt. Otherwise the Republicans panties get twisted and they think ‘she’s being picked on’. Then they pull the gender/sexist card.
They are free to talk about her if they want. Where have you been? Obama and Biden HAVE attacked her.
They are not off liimts. She wants to be treated like the other men in the race, and she should be.
They don’t want fundies to camp out on their doorstep the way they do at abortion clinics.
she’s a joke and nobody takes her seriously. she thinks attacking Obama and Biden would give her some attention but it does not
It’s not, but they are attacking her family. Even Obama told his minions to knock it off because he was born to a teenage mother as well.
It was Hillary’s choice to refrain from attacking Sarah. That’s what she told Obama.
yup it is an unfair double standard! McCain can go shove his head down the toliet!
The lipstick wearing pitbull can dish it out but not dish it in, I guess.

She’s not the top of the ticket for starters. Dispute her on the issues but leave her family out of it.
Her politics aren’t off limits. Senator Obama just asked nicely to cease the personal attacks on her family.
He tried to take the high road and his supporters totally ignored him.
There is a double standard…but it is a double standard in Obama’s favor. You can not make a factual criticism against Obama without being called a racist, and the media does not report on anything that would reflect negatively against Obama. I hope you do not like freedom of speech and freedom of the press because if Obama becomes president, those freedoms will disappear. Already, his campaign is quietly trying to suppress those freedoms.
Her speech never had any substance other than oil independence, hockey mom, reform, iraq war. That’s why Obama doesn’t give a shxx. Smart people knew if her talks are smart or just talks. Her answers in the interviews are not qualified at all. She kept saying Obama will increase taxes, and when her strategist team was asked, nobody can answer straight to the question. Just like McCain said: it’s just a plain dumb! She understand the surface but not the core of one specific issue. It’s not her fault, but we should it as her lack of experience in most of important issues, domestic and international, that our leaders should have understood. As the news said, if she became the VP of USA, she’s the only VP that never had met the world leaders so far. Would we let this kind of person to lead spending our tax money, to lead the remediation of economy problems, to lead and ensure our national security? Everyone said she’s just the VP, if it’s not a big deal, then why VP election is part of the president election? It’s just so goddamned important, it’s one package!
Attacks are being done from all sides.
Because she’s a girl.
Palin-McCain ’08
They are not off limits but the democrats will not touch her.
They have nothing to say about Sarah Plain!!!
It’s her daughter and daughters boyfriend that they keep talking about, which is pretty low and lame.
I guess thats what you result to when you cant attack HER personally or on her credentials.
Because McCain’s camp wants to use the “sexist card” for any doubts we have about Palin.
I distrust Palin because of her stand on abortion and rape, not because of her sex. McCain can kiss his “sexist card” goodbye because we are going to question Palin about her experience. http://feministreaction.blogspot.com/
