Sorry, I can’t agree with you. She is NOT ready for anything larger than a sparsely inhabited state with enough money to pay their bills. It’s a rich state compared to the rest of America, and was relatively simple to run. When you have crowded conditions,( NY) or high deficit, (NJ) or crime (PA, primarily Phila.) or lack of work (Oh) it becomes a whole different ballgame. I give you a lot of credit for being this involved at the age of 19, but there is excellent on both sides if you look for it.
