You have yet to substantiate US participation in the planning AND execution of this act of piracy. No one is saying it was done in secret or that the active participants, IDF heavily armed forces, did so in hiding.

The US planned the raid with Israel. So much for some kind of attack vs. NATO. Further, it is well established and accepted practice for vessels to be boarded in the open sea when they are trying to break a military blockade. Not that this ends all moral debate here – but your talking points are moot.

Not in international waters they don’t.
Israel does not have the unitary privilege of defending it’s borders 100mi past it’s borders. The actions committed by the IDF are characterized as Piracy when done by every other nation. ALL ships are expected to proceed unmolested while in international waters. Your masturbatory glee at Israel going unchallenged for this act of piracy is w/o merit.
FYI all passengers aboard the ships were there voluntarily, do you have some other def of freedom
@maskedphrogg those “flotillas” have about has much freedom operating them as there is in Russia. The Turks have a muslim nation. The Turks are becoming much more radical. The Israelis have every right to board vessels to check for armaments that have historically been used against them.

How can Judge Napalitano ask about defending Israel and leave out the elephant in the room? A more pertinent question is what shall the US do when Israel proactively attacks a NATO member in international waters. The US and Turkey are both members of NATO. Israel is not. What a quandry to coverup when IDF attacks the next Gaza freedom flotilla that is to be escorted by Navy ships flying a Turkish flag.
