“The way you pay for cell phones and computers” only college tuition would still always be vastly more expensive than the two because universities and professors cannot just be constructed in a factory. What would happen is that many kids that go to college today would not be able to afford to go. It is also vital to note that financial aid also has an identical effect on inflating tuition prices. Unlike loans, it expands the deficit. Would Paul remove that too?
