What’s so wrong with the world today is that the people on top cant steel any more, after watching the documentary movie “zeitgeist moving forward” here on youtube. It was clear everything is like that and how we are being enslaved.
america needs fact police. you lie on tv about even small issues, you suffer
……listening to these CEO’s is like talking to the Tommy character from the old Martin show.
Big Oil: “All the easy oil has been found…..costs go up…taxes go up…”
Me:”……………..You dont pay no taxes, MAN!”
What is the difference if they drill more oil wells? That won’t reduce the gas at the pumps. That oil will just go into the World Market, and make more tax free, royalty free money for the big oil companies.
I don’t get fox If GE made the kind of profits big oil made so far this year fox would bitch 24/7 for months. And if anybody thought about giving GE “incentives” on top of those profits we would never hear the end of it. But since it’s big oil fox wants them to have ‘incentives” on top of record profits as we pay over 4$ at the pump?
The US has become far to dependant upon oil. the oil companies have used their political influence to stop all attempts to come up with a viable alternate energy source. As a nation our only choice now is to say fuck big oil and look into another source of energy.

But, but, the free market …
Anyone standing in the way of the RW corporatist agenda is apparently being labelled as Anti American…
Oh no! Your awful subtitles are back!
@AmericanNohbuddy dammit
“Here’s an interesting aside. Suppose we wanted to become “independent from imported oil” and decided to replace those 10 million imported barrels with some other form of energy. Those 10 million barrels represent the same power equivalent as 750 nuclear power plants.” – Crash Course Chapter 17a: Peak Oil by Chris Martenson online
What “Net Energy” (EROIE) biofuel source could meet that need? None. Rome collasped. youtube: Collapse of Complex Societies by Dr. Joseph Tainter (1 of 7)
crazy americans….
Y’know you’re really sick of all this talk about drilling here. Look what happened already. Though I know it would make sense in doing so instead of depending on foreign oil. But here’s a little reality. We SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOOKING INTO RENEWABLE energy decades ago. Yet we’re still pumping oil and haven’t changed.
@scott76252 typo acknowledge that “ratio” of 90% to 10%.
The so called Big Oil and independents only control 10% of the world oil reserves.
If you want to watch a very interesting power point presentation that integrates the Economy, Energy, & Environment then Google “The Crash Course” by Chris Martenson Phd. the CC is a 20 chapter that takes 3 hours to go through. The Chapters can be broken up so that you don’t have to watch it in one sitting.
google: “world’s largest oil and gas companies” what you will see is a listing of the world’s largest oil companies. Exxon ranks 17th. 90% of the world’s reserves are controlled by Government owned companies.
In a 1999 speech to the London Petroleum Institute Dick Cheney, then CEO of Hal, acknowledged that ration and the need for majors to get access into the middle east. To see what I mean Google: “Full text of Dick Cheney’s speech at the Institute of Petroleum Autumn lunch, 1999″
we all pay about ten bucks extra a year just to have fox news, allow subscription so i can deny the service and save a little money to be robed from me later.
Liberals, get your priorities right! Viva la liberte !
You should support Ron Paul if only out of decency towards all those people on our planet who suffer and die under the empire you ‘the People’ enable.
In a free society nothing prevents individuals from creating there own enclave or commune of socialism as long as those who wish to remain sovereigns are not deprived of their natural rights!
I BEG YOU TO SUPPORT FREEDOM!
THE R[3VOL]UTION CONTINUES!

Fox Business ALERT!
@pistolpete1st
The capitalist abusing monster has no loyalties, he only gives the illusion of caring while he devours the soul of America from the inside.
The merger of business and government; welcome to American fascism. Are you happy, tea-baggers?
@mytube373 The federal reserve has no connection to Obama other than the fact that he has been one of countless politicians who have willingly turned a blind eye to the fed even though they have a larger budget than congress.
this is all the Feds fault
I think Reps are stupid for giving big oil subsidies and Dems are just as stupid for not letting them drip. Fucking retards!
Sometimes I wish Japan and Germany won WWII. Japan would take over Germany becsause they we’re Natzis and we would all be under Japanese rule and we wouldn’t be dealing with this nonsense.
@mytube373 Is the incentive for the oil companies to produce gasoline or is it to lower the price of gas for the consumer? I thought the reason given for these breaks were for them to produce oil products. Other countries survive and are prosperous with higher gas prices than the US. I think the same could happen with the US (consumers would seek more fuel efficient cars, use mass transportation more, etc.) As a last resort, give the break directly to the consumer rather than big oil.
