Why does Rand Paul think rape/incest victims who become pregnant should do “better planning”?
When asked if he opposes abortion in cases of rape/incest —“In cases of rape, trying to prevent pregnancies is obviously the best thing. The morning-after pill works successfully most of the time. Ultimately we do better if we do have better education about family planning.”
How should rape or incest victims plan for their pregnancies? Or does he think the rapist should do the planning?
That’s just pathetic. He seems to think that rape victims can ‘prepare’ for a rape…?

No. The rape/incest has already happened. He is talking about the consequences afterwards.
He is saying that if you are the victim of rape or incest, it is probably a better option to deal with it immediately (hence, the morning after pill) than to delay and be forced with the choice of an abortion or an unwanted baby. Isn’t that what your side wants? To educate people about their options?
They are doing wonderful things with reading comprehension nowadays. You might want to go back to your local high school and get your GED.
