Will the 2012 election be campaigns based of false projections given from each respective side to the other?
Republicans calling Obama and Democrats socialist and Democrats calling Republicans and their candidates racist.
Or can both sides get back to reality and substance?
I have a feeling that it will be business as usual for the evaders of reality and truth in politics. That’s what the two major parties offers the American people–lies, distortions, innuendos, and false promises. Their reasoning lies in millions given in lobby kickbacks, payoffs, back room deals, and personal slush funds and has little to do with conducting the business of the people with honor, integrity or with a sense of wanting to solve the issues that will confront us. Who among us can lead in behalf of the nation? I can’t think of anyone at the moment.

no neither side will because they are both complicit in a pact to share the power , it doesn’t matter who’s in charge really other than the rhetoric their main goals are similar
nothing has changed in the last 2 years and nothing will change in the next 2 years or 4 or 8, our duopoly has stifled any real change in our federal government other than to keep consolidating power at the expense of the people
vote 3rd party to break the hold of our ineffective and corrupt duopoly
why would it be any different than any other election year?
It’s up to the voters. If they choose to seek out facts and accurate information and substance, then cool. If they choose to get swept up in media BS like "hey let’s elect a president to MAKE HISTORY (1st black or woman)," instead of the person’s qualification/character/merit, then voters get what they deserve. People need to look at track record a little more closely. It’s like people were surprised that Obama turned out to be socialistic, uber Liberal, and muslim-emphathiser. When that’s exactly what his track record revealed! He’s probably the most liberal president and the dude was surrounded by muslims his entire life…what the hell did you expect? I would’ve voted for Biden, personally. I hope people will choose to vote on substance and solutions, over media BS crap.
no. it will be a referendum against failed marxism PERIOD. truth is truth and is oblivious to color. there is no falsehood to this failure. look around you at the economy in tatters and obama on vacation. actions like this speak huge volumes.
