Why are the Generals calling Obama a liar over this Afghanistan pull out date, is it all for the 2012 election?
Every one from Gates down is saying the time table is not the call it quits day but an ambiguous variable day in which to review how much longer we should be in Afghanistan.
So who is Lying Obama or all the General Staff.

Given history, I believe the General Staff has a horific track record of telling the truth, so I am going with Obama.
The date was a message to the leadership in Afghanistan, that they had better take our help seriously because its not going to be there forever. So far they have utilized our military support as a means to gain in corruption, that needs to stop. If we give them the impression that we will be there indefinitely there is no incentive for a true self governed country.
Why is this so hard for republicans to understand.
Obama’s time-table is perfectly scheduled to coincide with the 2012 campaign season.

Sorry, I don’t buy that. If we aren’t the winner by July 2012, pulling out guarantees we are the loser and as an American who hates terrorists, I don’t accept losing!
Obama is both a liar and crazy!
If it was for the 2012 election he would have set the pull out date for after the election. Then, if he missed it, he wouldn’t be running anyway.
Setting it for 2011 makes him highly accountable politically.

Did you ever stop to consider that date was put up as a date for the Afghanis to start taking control of their own security?

He also lied that Afghanistan had ever been denied troops when requested. The FIRST time a request for troops went unanswered in Afghanistan was when McCrystal asked for 40,000 troops and Obama waited months before deciding on 30,000.
He also lies saying his delay in answering didn’t delay the deployment of said troops. Even though he plans on deploying troops 1 month after he decided on 30,000.
He could have decided 30,000 3 months ago, deployed a month later and they’d have been there for 2 months already

Obama knows he is in hot water with the left so hes trying to appease them…its his way of voting "present".
