Your first three people could each make a case for being next in line, but I think Huckabee is the most likely to emerge. Many people simply have a strong dislike and distrust for Romney. As for Palin, she's wildly popular with the Republican "base," but I don't think the party leaders have such a death wish that they'd nominate someone who is seen as a joke by the majority of voters (including me).
