What could be the reason the democrat party opposes the right of unborn children to live?
A fetus has multiplying cells as so is alive. A fetus has unique human DNA and is the product of human conception, meaning the fetus is not a part of the mother’s body but is a unique human. Thus a fetus is a unique human life. A human baby.
What could be the reason the democrat party says that human baby has no right to live?
Primarily because burying ones head in the sand and not taking a stand is the easier course in life. Notice they will pick on the first part of your point of view (multiplying cells) but will ignore the rest of it. It is easy to ignore right / wrong as long as you aren’t inconvienced in the process.

Illogical arguement. Men can’t be pregnant / carry a child. If they could then they would be held to the same standards. Incidentally, men in their own way ARE "punished" unfairly for a decion they can’t make. Consider that if a man DOESN’T want a child he DOES NOT have the option to abort. To make matters worse HE is financially obligated to support said child. No get out of jail free card for the man is there?

The difference between killing a child that is born and not born is that we have sanitized killing the unborn so people do not feel the true horror they have just committed.

When that fetus is 6 months old, I do believe it has a right to live. Maybe even younger. But not when it’s just two cells. We don’t hold a funeral if there is a miscarriage the day after conception.

The legal definition of dead in all 50 states is when the brain is not functioning. If there is no functioning brain then how could it be alive?
I believe life begins when the brain starts functioning as a brain. That would be about three or four months. Not six weeks.

It’s clear they will do anything for votes so I think they felt they would get more women to support them if they allowed these women to kill their children at will. I don’t understand it though it has helped the Democrat Party.

To coin a pun, get a life! You think democrats are the only people in America to get abortions? So Republicans NEVER have an abortion do they not? If you had any real interest in that field you would realise that women of all political persuasions have abortions and the best way to stop it is to promote contraception. That way no one would need an abortion in the first place.
Here’s the problem…you blame the Democrats for abortion yet the U.S. Supreme Court confirmed this should remain a choice between a doctor and their patient. At the time the USSC made this decision, 7 out of the 9 justices were appointed by republicans.
No one wants an abortion… no woman wants to go through this, yet republicans have consistently voted against bills designed to prevent unwanted pregnancy, such as sex education in schools, more wide spread availability of contraceptives…etc.
The republicans have been hypocrites on this issue. They won’t support programs designed to prevent pregnancy, but then whine and cry about abortions.

I am more of a rep. but I agree with dems on this issue.
I think if a women becomes pregnant 99% of the time she should take responsibility for her actions and have the child. But there are cases where the women should be aloud to and abortion:
She may only be a teenager, and may not be ready to be a mother, or physically and mentally unstable to carry a child. But if the father is there, I think she should have the child
What if she is sick or older, and having a baby could kill her and the child?
What if a women was rapped, should she be forced to have that child? If your wife or daughter was rapped would you still want them to carry that child? The government should force her to have that baby?
And back to the pregnant teen. What if she has the baby then puts it into an orphanage. Now that kid lives in a foster home their whole life, never really has a family, what kind of adult will that child become? And what aren’t people like you, trying to get abortion outlawed, instead use all that time and money to find a permit home and family for that child?
But abortion is no excuse. There are countless ways to prevent pregnancy, no women should become pregnant unless she wants too. So a women should take responsibility and have the child, 99% of the time.
It’s a shame though that people like you spend your time b***in’ at me rather than getting off your fat butt and going out and helping prevent unwanted pregnancy. That you don’t use all that anti-abortion money to help educate women, and young girls, about how to prevent unwanted pregnancy, and to wait till their married. AND fix the adoption system so it’s not such a pain in the a** so adopt a child from America. If you want something done, get out their and do it, or shut up.
