Depends on your qualifications. I have no thought what you would do for your city based on this small information. Remember age is just a number, if your qualified, why not..
Hillsdale, Michigan youngest Mayor on record was a college student the age of 18 I reckon I could be incorrect. But he did a better job then Most mayors before him did. I voted for him and I do not know your views so deciding on voting for you without knowing your intent is not right.
After looking up the Eligibility criteria for your area, at 18 you are ancient enough, as long as you are a Registered Voter, and residency requirements of 1 year are met (some locals in your area require 2 years), but, though eligible, that does not mean you are qualified.
To say "Yes, I would vote for you", based entirely on eligibility being met, and having no thought HOW you would plot to meet the goals you mentioned, would be irresponsible, and even somewhat ageist.
At this point in time, with the info I have, all I can say is "Excellent Luck…"
If I resided in your Community, I would consider you as I would any other Candidate, who was eligible, but so far, I would find you "wanting"… sorry.
Believing in "Change" is one thing, knowing what that "Change" would entail, well, that is another, more responsible, mature thing, before stating "yes, I’d vote for you", based on "Change"… WHAT "change"??

I would because I believe in change, but I will honestly say not a lot of others will
I reckon you have to meet certain conditions to run for an office position like that. Which you won’t meet at age 18.
well, no because i’ll be 14 at that time. but if i were, i would vote for you if i thought you would do a excellent job
I’m pretty sure you have to be at least 21 to run for mayor
Depends on the constitutional eligibility, you want to check it out first. There have been 18 year ancient mayors before, so excellent luck.

Me too!
and OK why not?
If you were the best candidate, YES.
NO!

Change, it’s not always for the better…
