When the press knows a scum criminal is a democrat (usually the case overwhelmingly) they never report it.

Actually, apart from criminals who are politicians, I can’t recall ever noticing (or caring about) a criminal’s political affiliation.
Maybe it’s because for most criminals, exercising their franchise isn’t at the top of their priority list.
