Are any Republican parents voting Democrat in order to end this mess of a war?
I met a lifelong Republican who is voting Democrat for the first time in her life. Her son is being deployed next week and she is just sick and tired of this war, and knows that only a Democrat will end it.
Older people in my extended family are, that were normally Republicans, not because of the war but because of the economy and Republicans have become "sleazy" as they put it.
