@pmusso666 Death stroke was created first, but Dead Pool was a Marvel version that was almost an exact copy. Marvel’s editor changed Dead Pool to avoid being TOO MUCH like Death Stroke.

@kickoman619 yes marvel first came out with him, but DC suede them because he looked to much like superman. DC ended up getting rites to him and then re named him captain marvel.
