@Edgehead10075 I think you are confusing the Libertarian Party with libertarianism. There ARE different types, and they are vastly different. The term libertarian was invented by anarchists in the 1800′s. It wasn’t until the 1970′s that right-wing capitalists starting using it.

The judge is correct; the law is unconstitutional. Mandating that people buy private health insurance is unconstitutional. Also, since you can’t buy health insurance across state lines, there’s no interstate commerce being affected. If the Supreme Court strikes down Obamacare, it will be as if Obama never accomplished a damn thing during his Presidency.
With that said, I do think that people who can’t afford health insurance should be helped.
I realize that the term “left-libertarian” is used in other countries, but, in America, it’s an oxy moron. Either you are a libertarian, or you aren’t. There aren’t different types. So-called “left libertarians” don’t fit the definition of American libertarianism.
A judge in Florida on Mon became the second judge to declare Obama’s healthcare reform law unconstitutional, in the biggest legal challenge yet to fed authority to enact the law. This Obama needs to GO… I have never seen a more lazy president in the White House. But he sure likes the party’s I can’t wait till hes’ gone.

It all depends on when we think/define when life begins. The definition of the beginning of human life is sort of arbitrary. I would be pissed if someone said that life beings at 18, when I was a teenager, and therefore I had no rights and my mom could have my life aborted.
Despite his views, he values/ wouldn’t act above/against the constitution.
