Why is Obama and his gang attacking McChrystal instead of supporting him?
When MacArthur and Truman had their confrontation it was MacArthur’s arrogance but this time Obama is at fault not the Gen. Using Gates and the media to put down McChrystal is wrong. We need to win not waste lives in Afghanistan. They picked the guy so they should support him.
Remember when Petraeus was called in front of Congress to testify… Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is on record boasting of how he "forced" Petraeus to testify before the Senate on his plans for Iraq, a war he had declared we had already "lost." Back then, the goal of Democrats was to embarrass a Republican president and make Reid’s statement a self-fulfilling prophecy.
But as it turned out, Petraeus gave a virtuoso performance, giving a realistic assessment of the situation on the ground and explaining to Congress and the American people in unfiltered words how his strategy would work and why it was necessary.
When asked by the military specialists at the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London whether he agreed with Vice President Joe Biden’s endorsement of a strategy more reliant on drone missile strikes and special forces operations against al-Qaida…. McChrystal didn’t bob and weave like a politician, and answered: "The short answer is no." He said that strategy would lead to "Chaos-istan" He defended his request for 40,000 more troops, warning that "a strategy that does not leave Afghanistan in a stable position is probably a shortsighted strategy."
Now Obama is attacking McChrystal for being transparent. Obama doesn’t like this. No way should anyone around him be transparent. To be transparent in Obama’s eyes, is next to being a traitor!

Could it be that Obama & gang are just a little miffed at Chrystal’s last report getting out to the public before Obama & gang got a chance to read it…just guessing.(the one about needing more troops).
Obama wishes to wage a never ending war. Like Vietnam. He will refuse to commit the forces necessary to win, but because of the big money involved, the war monger will refuse to bring the troops home.
General McChrystal, as a typical battlefield commander, wishes to win the war and return home. With as few casualties as possible.
Obama is just another LBJ, who used the blood money gained from war to fund his foolish welfare spending.
