   Marriage laws are defined by the states. So the president cannot make polygamy legal.

    I get what you are trying to say…If all of this (first wife – divorce papers in the hospital…second wife – questions for an open marriage (and I believe her….why would she place herself in the spotlight if she were lying?)…third wife – he’s finally found the Barbie doll he was looking for who will never question him and take all the crap he dishes out) was about Joe Biden instead of Newt Gingrich, do you reckon everyone would be so willing to forgive him? I’m sorry, but it seems to me as though Republican men can do any damn thing they want to and then make a very public show of their “repentance.” I’m thinking of Mark Sanford, David Vitter, Larry Craig, John Ensign….they weren’t repentant; they thought they could get away with this simply because they call themselves Christians. Ugh!
