How to dress and act at a Muslim church?
Hello there, I am doing a research project for my college Humanities class, and for it I am choosing to go to a Muslim Mosque. I am curious to what the proper behavior, attire, and atitude one should have that is to attend one of these churches, and what would be the best time to go? Any help would be wonderful!
nice pants and nice shirts…no tennis shoes….a tie is nice too…be quiet listen etc….cant you go during their svc? Otherwise call their office to ask.

muslims pray 5 times a day so you can go any time
they pray at dawn, noon, mid afternoon, sunset, and night

you can where you trouser with any shirt you like but its Better that it has no photos on in it also you need to wash your hand and face before entering mosque.
the best time to go for mosque is in the time of prayers there is 5 times Day and you can check the times for you re state from the INTERNET there one in the dawn time and one at 11.30 in the day time and one 1620 nearly also in day light and 2 prayers in the evening time.

Anytime you can go there beside night (because of sleeping LOL) But the best time would be after Dawn or Evening or After Sun-set. Though you can ask to any Muslim about whatever you need for your college project they would tell you everything breifly & if you tell them that you’re non Muslim so they would probably do more BEST to explaining you. No worries…
Oh yeah don’t forget to take off your shoes before entering in Mosque, they won’t allow it to you because they follow the teachings of all Prophets where they used to take off their shoes on the place of worship according to Bible. They are more Jews than Jews & more Christians than Christians.

Muslims go to a mosque which has a cresant moon on the top of the mosque symbolizing allah. Visit any time from dawn to dusk. But, I don’t get khan’s claim that they are more Jews than the Jews and more Christian than the Christians. So, I say that they are more pigs than the pigs themselves.
