Why would any conservative support Mitt Romney?
BQ: Wіll thе media hаνе a field day іf Romney wins thе GOP nomination? GOP tries tο repeal Obamacare аnd Romney passed thе prototype fοr іt іn Massachusetts?

why would any conservative remain conservative?
It’s not ideal, but Romney isn’t a social conservative and as such really has a chance in the general election.
yeah man i was originally for romney in 2008. but excellent question. i certainly would never ever support romney after that. he wont win though. especially once that gets out to the general public (tv campaigning)
who’s left?, bachmann?
I don’t, what your point?
He`s the best choice they have, since they clearly ignore Ron Paul. Doesn`t matter though, the current allstar in the White House will beat them all anyway. NO joke!
Romney appeals to the New England Republicans, which are more moderate, the mid and south west are where the staunch conservatives are.
well if the RNC say support Romney,,,g– da– right he will be supported to the last shell…baron
If Republicans are smart they will choose someone with broad appeal or they will lose. As an independent progressive I can tell you that someone like Romney will probably be more electable if that is the Republican goal. If your goal is the most conservative or far right person to win the primary, then don’t back him or someone like him.
Excellent question… a right conservative WOULDN’T support Mitt Romney.
Once upon a time, he raised the taxes in Massachusetts by more than $700M and he referred to them as “fees”… never ever admitted that they were *taxes….. he’s too much of a centrist.
MIKE HUCKABEE FTW.
