Governor Mitch Daniels will present awards to Hoosier education, business and community leaders from across the state during the Governors Reception at the 39th Annual Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration Black Business Conference. Recipients include Linus Scott of Gary, the legendary oldest living Pullman Porter, and Charlotte Westerhaus of Indianapolis, vice president of diversity and inclusion at the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
