I don’t know your answer but those auction things aren’t really going up by pennies. They are increasing by “tickets” Which cost money. They just appear to be increasing by a penny. For example: If a TV went from 98.54 to 98.55 the person bidding had to pay over a penny for that bid. More like 50 cents.
