At least one faculty member at that institution validated, fostered and / or contributed to her intellectual and ideological development as manifested in her senior thesis.
Whether this faculty member is or is not well-known already, perhaps they should come forward in order to provide a public service in the form of insight regarding the views reflected within it.

He has refused comment on the matter.
He does not have to agree or disagree for the thesis for it to be acceptable. He simply has to he shown that she did her research and validated her hypothesis which she did. You also have to remember this was her undergraduate thesis. Not a thesis for a Ph.D.
Whether you disagree with it or not it is interesting.
