My stance on Sweden is that they have a socialistic government with a capitalistic economy.This only works for two reasons,small populace and a virtually non existent military.

@sudburylawyer Recently, I’ve been using this Socratic method of simply asking questions of commenters. I have found it doesn’t take long for them to expose their own flawed thinking. At that point they just stop responding. I assume they take their debate to someone that agrees with them.

Sweden is a socialist country. They have a high GDP, and lower rates of alcoholism, teen pregnancy, and suicide per capita then the US. They also rank very highly (much higher then the US) in polls asking ‘How pleased are you?’. How do you justify this against ‘Socialism does not work’?
