Go MARCO!!
These limits you refer to, are not limits at all, but patches to holes by which the illegals have gnawed. What, you’d rather the illegals continue to gnaw until the fabric of legality has frayed in totality? This is not Europe…this is America. You can have your Londonistan. Don’t mess with the US.
Florida first, the US next…go Rubio!!
Quit spreading lies. No one wants to deny LEGAL immigrants the same opportunities. YOU are referring to ILLEGAL immigrants, not LEGAL ones. YOU fool no one with your misinformation & disinformation.
I’m a 1stt generation immigrant & I did it all the LEGAL way. I took my oath of US citizenship with pride, worked & paid MY own way through college, & learned to speak English. I am 37 with 4 kids. I was an ardent Democrat in College until I woke up & saw the lies of the democrats and liberals.
Not Chubby Checkering anything. Republicans proposing limiting the path toward legalization and citizenship (Chafetz House Immigration Reform, for example) thus making stories like Rubio’s family less possible.
@LiftAllBlokes –Your fact-twist fails. Conservatives welcome LEGAL immigration to the US. We reject ILLEGAL break-ins demanding rights. Americans broke OUT of England for good reason.
I thought this was the best part of his speech, when he personalized the “American Dream” via his family’s immigration story. But the irony here is his political party wants to deny many immigrants the same opportunities he and his parents enjoyed. Oh well.
Marco, You were able to articulate the uniqueness of the Unites States and the opportunity it provides its citizens. I have sent the video web site to 50 friends accross the nation to provide them the opportunity to contract your upbeat views with the current negative speaches of our current President.
Keep up your good work and never loose your soul to Washinton’s Beltway.
I like him.
Great job Marco! Hopefully the Senate is just a first step in your long political career! I hope to vote for you on a national level one day!
Wow, Marco Rubio will go far, 2010 & beyond! I am glad he’s going to represent Florida!
