Liberal Marxos are telling people who follow their cults not to pay their mortgages and then those people are getting kicked out of their homes. Then the Govt takes the homes eventually thru Fannie Mae and Freddie mac. Its their plan to own our properties and they are taking advantage of idiots or ignorant gullible people?

If you try to challenge them with facts, data, or rational thought they bash you as an evil conservative stooge conspirator for the ultra-rich or corporate executives. Most of the “walk away” advice I’ve heard has been coming from….republican financial experts. I can’t imagine anyone being more anti-liberal-marxo.
Their argument goes along the lines that if a corporation had a bad investment, it would dump it and walk away. Cut their losses. Wallstreet praises such behavior – calling it fiscally responsible and whatnot.
So if corporations can do it, why shouldn’t the average American?
If your house is supposed to be an investment, and that investment suddenly dropped 50% in value, with no hope of it EVER recovering within your lifetime, why should you continue paying the mortgage? The advice some financial experts are giving are for these folks to just “walk away”. Not just stop paying their mortgage, but outright abandon the house. Considering that most of the banks aren’t willing to work with home owners to at least recoup SOME of their money, why not just walk away?
The non existent ‘liberal’ strawman gets accused of another foul deed. In a world owned and operated by an ever smaller number of mega-trans national corporations, the folks that own, control, influence or have co-opted 95% of the wealth, power, position and authority of the entire planet somehow the ‘Marxos’, particularly the ‘liberal Marxos’ are working for the ‘communist’ media. About as dumb as one would have to be to believe that we have Marxists, Socialists, or Communists running this country. Why do so many people drink the Tea Party Kool Aide? Obama isn’t telling people to default and he didn’t deregulate the finance industry years ago which helped create this whole mess.
