No one ever claimed that Niger sold uranium to Iraq. John Bolton epitomises the arrogance of American foreign policy which believes it is the sole arbiter of what is right or incorrect. To defend the coup against Mossadegh that brought the tyrant Shah to power because the “alternative” was communism insults the memory of the thousands of Iranians who lost their lives under the Shah and his dreaded Savak.
