What are some reasons Joe Biden will make a good Vice-President?
Why or how will Biden enhance the Democratic ticket? What good service will he offer to an Obama Administation if elected? What is his expertise?
If you have resources (links) to share, please post them, too.

I agree with you, Jon. Obama is not served by an administration full of “yes” men.
He doesn’t agree with Obama on everything and isn’t afraid to critisize him on issues and show him how they might not work.
Nice threats but there are no good reasons.
He likes white people…
He can count all fifty states…
He knows Obama is too young to lead the nation…
He and the Clintons dont really like each other, so no more than fist fights in Denver.
google it.
He said last year that Obama wasnt experienced enough to be prez
He has 35 yrs as a Wahington insider, that will go perfect with Obama’s change and cleaning up Washington
He likes McCain more than he does Obama

Report away, I know you guys love you some report button lol
I think he would of been a stronger front person than back up. He does bring experience in Foreign Affairs. However he doesn’t address the problem with the economy, and Obama is weak on it also.
For McCain he also has a strong foreign affairs background, so right now it evens them out a bit. Now McCain just has to pick someone strong on the economy and they will offer a better choice.
He has foreign policy experience. That’s about it. Many many senators that have been there for more than 10 years have that. I think Obama needed state electoral college strategy more than anything considering the fact that McCain is winning the electoral college according to Real Clear Politics state polls. He missed out on this because Biden isn’t going to change anything. He may just add individually in the states that Obama already had locked up previously which is no use.
I am getting tired of all these Biden and later Romney questions. Look, these VP candidates are going to be the talk for 2 days and that’s IT. Let’s forget these people and focus on the candidates please… If this is how it is with unknown Biden, I can’t imagine how it’s going to be with well-known Romney or whoever McCain’s running mate is and I’m already bored out of my mind.
there’s no reason to believe Biden is not qualified to be VP, or POTUS.
he has a lot of experience, though i think he’s an arse hole.
NObama 08!
Joe is infinitely more qualified than the guy who will be his boss… When he talks about something at least he knows the subject matter (irrespective of what you might think of his positions), unlike Obama.
Sen Biden will nullify the criticisms of Sen John McCain being to old for President. Sen Biden exemplifies Sen John McCain strong service to our nation and his expertise in the US Senate. Experience matters and Joe Biden mentoring of the young Obama proves that the TOP of the democratic ticket is weak and less experienced.
I can say this from my actual conversation with the man…
I sat by him on the train once. He striked up the conversation about a book I was reading. Biden was a warm, funny, very intelligent man. He asled questions about politics and what i thought of them. He asked how I felt about certain issues. He asked about my views on life and living in general. Having known his story already (about losing his first wife and a baby) – I appreciated his zest for life. He is very passionate and very sort of hell-bent on making a difference. I can appreciate that. it also intrigued me that he actually wanted to know about the things that mattered to me… it wasn’t a one-sided conversation at all. I know he talks a lot, but he is really passionate about things and I think that’s just how he is.
I am from DE… here is a link to the local newspaper that apparently wrote a huge article on him —
