I support you! I’m also emailing my State Rep and Senators about three main things: 1. Keep our country sovereign ( don’t allow Geitner to take us off the US Dollar. 2. Well, okay, so Lincoln did not write this, but does that mean it is no less worthy of quoting and following? By the way, I had more text before the quote that somehow was removed? In that I started with “I don’t know if Joe Biden drinks or not, but he is a constant gaffe machine and is partnering with Obama to move us toward Socialism”. But then again how can someone who has a Community Organizer mentality not try those same concepts at the Federal level. It is all that he has ever done!
Obama only has shown all of us that talk is cheap, but reality is expensive to the tune of 1 trillion.
We can’t keep spending and talking our way out of the messes. What we need is more sanity. No more funding partisan groups like Acorn to help mess with votes and districts. No more throwing good money after bad!

Is that why Barack Obama fails to keep the promises that he makes in his speeches? Since all presidents make use of speech writers should we discount everything they say? When Barack Obama spouts his tired rhetoric and then acts in the reverse with his legislation, we can just chalk it up to the fact that he wasn’t expressing his own opinions in the speeches, it was the speech writers fault. This is what liberals do best, lie and cover, lie and deflect blame, the end justifies the lies.

This is what conservatives do best — distort the truth. If you did your homework, you’d know that the Rev. William J. H. Boetcker, a Presbyterian clergyman and pamphlet writer, wrote at least some of those words in 1916. Not Abe Lincoln. And of course you have to rely on Lloyd Bentsen’s wit (see Bentsen/Quayle debate) to round out your flawed ‘argument’.
And, of course, having not read Biden’s autobiography, you’d never know that the man doesn’t touch the bottle. What else ya got?
