Vice President Joe Biden gave the administration’s economic recovery package a “30% chance” of failure. Even the President laughed at the VP’s idiocy. Joe Biden provides this country little more than comic relief, but he provides the President protection, by being a living example to all Obama foes that things could always be worse.
