@aarcoh God you are one arrogant liberal. I love how you guys think that you’re soo smart! Let me tell you something; I’m a strong conservator and I’m pretty damn smart, so if it’s an intellectual challenge you want, then you found your guy! We are proud of our country and we don’t need dickheads like Obama, Biden, Pelospi, and all these other stupid politicians running in office. They are ruining this country! They are mad men and arrogant. I’m relieved the senates are leaving in November!
Please Read: Her Name is Ms. ANN, on YOUTUBE. It tells the whole story. Listen to James Manning. It will change how you think!
joes trying to get his children out of jail! even his druggie daughter and fraudulent son!
Libertarians don’t hold as much weight, you go where you think your voice might count.
As to Palin, there was once a mentality in this country where everyone was raised, perceptively with the idea that they could become president, I’d call her a throwback more than a lack of common sense, and you can’t completely blame her for how gradually her political career has come over the years (almost as quick as Obama’s).
I’ve only heard it referred to as the “Independence” Party, and the video I saw of Palin giving a speech at one of their events left no confusion about their secessionist agenda. Yes, the two majority parties are corrupt, but secession is not a patriotic alternative. Perhaps they’d find better representation through the Libertarians? At least they want to keep the union whole.
Yes, the Bushes and the Clintons are dynastic politicians… That doesn’t make Palin’s claim less awful.
I’m an Alaskan, I can tell you those within the independent party don’t all actually believe Alaska would be better off on it’s own, they just treat it as another venue to go through rather than the Democrats or the Republicans, from whom we’ve had bad cases both.
As to “believing she’ll become president”, I think that would more apply to Hilary Clinton than Palin.
Haha no, about Palin. I was charmed by her at first and even defended her choices; that is until I learned more about her. The fact that she spent most of her time impugning the patriotic loyalty of the Democrats, while her OWN HUSBAND is a destined traitor.. a radical separatists whom she knows about and yet supports.
And then there’s the whole ‘being blessed by a which hunter’ deal, the “magic” of which has convinced her that she will be president. I don’t see honesty nor common sense there.
Obama said your children are ugly and your wife is fat, and he is going to take your money to buy some phat beats for his new album!
GO McCain/Palin 08!
And even start to talk about popularity ploys. You what a popularity ploy is? President Bush landing on an aircraft carrier saying “mission accomplished” when the Iraqi was just starting to strengthen. Or Bush and his stupid Crawford Ranch, meant to appeal to morons like you who think “oh boy! he sure is one of us” when in fact he is a rich boy who could care less about the average American.
You see, you’re being fooled by Palin’s “small town charm”. Apparently “charm” is firing people you don’t like strictly for personal reasons. Yes, I know Biden isn’t perfect but Palin is a representation of this angry, anti-education, anti-science, anti-intellectual movement of the republican party. Have you seen her rallies and the angry, moronic people she attracts? Have you seen her interviews, with her poorly scripted answers? Or have you simply buried your head in the sand?
Yes, the sense to use anything as a ploy for popularity, like a helicopter ride in Iraq which was forced to land he said by “enemy fire” when in fact it was because of weather, and made this huge image about it when john Kerry himself said “it wasn’t that big a deal”.
Palin at least is honest, and has more common sense then you give her credit for.
I may have said that wrong. What I meant was there won’t be Trumps and Hiltons everywhere you go, people will still have money, some much more than others, but the wealth will be more evenly distributed. I definately agree with you on free health care.
I disagree. We all have incentives to achieve and for businesses, this incentive is money. That is what drives our economy and our standard of living, gives us the best products at the best prices etc. Its undeniable that the free market is a powerful force, but it is not the only tool in our toolbox. For example, I do think that free public health care should be a right of birth.
That’s always a possibility, but as long as the leader is corrupt and/or a dictator (which is why everyone thinks communism is the devil himself), everything works quite nicely. While it is true that people won’t be absurdly wealthy or powerful, but isn’t that a good thing?
Socialism is public ownership of certain industries. During the cold war, it was equated with Red Communism. Needless to say, it has gotten a bad rap. Successful socialist nations tend to have higher life expectancies and standards of living. However, freedoms may suffer as a result.
What socialism means is that everyone is relatively equal. Sure, people can’t get ridiculously wealthy (isn’t that a good thing?), unlike our system, but the poor are given a chance. The average person in our “democracy” has almost no voice in government decisions, it’s just what 51% or more of the grumpy old men Washington think, many people often don’t get what they want. I think socialism a term that’s thrown around to challenge someone’s “patriotism” (give me a break), like “terrorist.”
PLease Obama uses race all the time in ways that cannot be used by the republicans because hes black. So i wouldnt be talking about whos being a hypocrite.

About the helicopter ride? No, nor how he copied a speech from a politician from the U.K., then tried to pass it off as his own.
The pool of canidates for both parties was shit, but yet still, Obama could have done better for a running mate.
You’re shitting me?
i wish he wasnt, he will kill this country
He’s going to be your president so get over it.
Obama said your children are ugly and your wife is fat, and he is going to take your money to buy some phat beats for his new album!

Despite Biden’s ….”temper”, he has intelligence and common sense, despite certain people….cough*Palin*cough
Sen. Biden is a fraud who copied both a speech and resume qualities from a politician in the U.K.
As far as I’m concerned, both Sen. Obama, and Sen. McCain could have done better in choosing a running mate.

What a whack-job
seriously, this guy is on medication
JOE BIDEN IS THE REAL ‘JOE’ !

You can get the idea, can’t you? When people resort to nitpicking, you know they’ve got nothing.
