If Jeb Bush decides to run for President in 2008, will you consider voting for him? Why or why not?
If the former Governor of Florida John Ellis “Jeb” Bush decides to run for President of the United States of America in 2008 to continue his brother’s legacy of hard work and success for four more you, will you consider voting for him? Why or why not?
If Jeb Bush does decided to run for President of the United States in 2008, I will do everything that I can to make sure he becomes the next President of the United States because the Bush family is a respectable family and Jeb Bush would be a great asset to the United States of America and to the International Community.
I am NOT JOKING. I would like to see another President Bush related to the Current President Bush in office, that way Americans who do not approve of George W. Bush can deal with another four years of another President Bush.
We live in democracy not monarchy. Another Bush to screw up the country.

I really feel, that despite his brother’s shortcomings, Jeb Bush could be a great President. I don’t think it is right to judge an entire family on the actions of another member. Look at the contrast in the presidencies between the first two Bushes, or between John Adams and John Quincy Adams. Jeb would probably bring a completely different set of viewpoints to the White House.
Unfortunately, I don’t think it is realistic for him to be President. It will be nearly impossible to overcome the stain hovering over the Bush name right now, and I severely doubt the RNC would go for that insead of more solid candidates in Rudy and McCain.
Yeah, I’ve got to disagree with you here. While Jeb Bush may be different than his brother, he still comes from the Bush family. They were all brought up in the same house with the same ideas and I doubt any of the apples fall far from the tree. George Bush was never a good enough president to be reelected and George W. Bush has himself in such a hole that he can’t dig himself, or his family out of it. He listens to no one and only keeps a cabinet full of people who won’t question him or speak out against him. Jeb Bush won’t be President of the United States in 2008 or any other year. America can’t wait to get rid of the President we have, so they certainly won’t be jumping at the opportunity to replace one Bush with another.
I would may vote for him because he must know more about the Enviroment, from Florida containing the Everglades.
But considering him part of the Bush family the reputation may not be good, and so i would like to here his plan for our troops in Iraq.

If you were smart you would wake up and realize that our next president is going to be a democrat who will clean up after Bush’s mess and start moving things forward, not backward.
So no, I would never vote for Jeb Bush, or probably any republican for that matter.
with the legacy of two Bush presidents, why would anyone vote for a third? one was a mistake, two was really dumb (especially giving him a second term), but if a third gets in America will have confirmed to the rest of the world that they’re as daft as we think they are.

I would not. I voted for him when he ran his first term as Governor of Florida. I did not vote for him the second time. He has screwed up our school system so bad that I would fear for all of us if he was running the country.
If you lived in Florida and had children in the schools here you would rethink your plan to have him elected.

NO, NO, NO!!!!!!!! George W. was just continuing his daddy’s legacy and it landed my husband in Iraq. We have three kids who miss their Daddy, and every time I watch the news, I have to wonder if it is him who was killed. I admit that Saddam needed to be dealt with, and that his being dead is probably a good thing. I realize that the people in Iraq were living in Hell. I also realize that if we pull out now, we will make America a target.
However, we need a president with some new ideas on how to end this war. We will never get rid of all the insurgents. If Jeb Bush had any new and fresh ideas on how to handle this situation, don’t you think he would have passed them onto his brother? What we are doing now is not doing any good. Our guys are getting killed in vain. If we were making some headway, I would not feel this way.
I am very proud of my husband, and I do appreciate everything all of our soldiers are doing for us, but we all know that it isn’t making much difference. These people start training their kids from birth to hate us. We need new tactics. Please not another Bush in office. Please think before you vote!!
While it would be funny to see another Bush get elected to piss of liberal nutjobs it just isn’t going to happen. I would like to see someone other than McCain, Romney, or Guiliani as the Republican candidate.

I would have to find out where he stood on the issues currently facing our country, and I would vote for the person who was closest to my feelings on the issues.

I would certainly take a closer look at his track record and his platform———-we are actually awaiting a dark-horse and would welcome him if he stacks up…….Just from what little I do know of the man he seems like a very viable candidate.
