Herman Cain Says It’s Time to Really Cut Taxes
Potential GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain always talks tough when it comes to taxes. Today, he spoke with Connell McShane – in for Neil Cavuto – saying, “if we’re going to get serious about stimulating the economy, we have to provide direct stimulus … not more spending.” Hear his full remarks below.
@frellthat – “The truth” is a relative term based on individual perspective… ergo, your opinion. I’ll do my own fact checking. Thank you.
Erm, I said nothing about my opinion. I said the truth hurts. Do you care about the truth?
@frellthat – A dimocrat is a political party spelled politically correct. And for some reason you deduced that I really care about your opinion? What was that you mentioned about being rational? It’s OK if you want to use your replies as therapy.
What’s a “dimocrat”? I will gladly stand by what I said. I didn’t say “entirely”, so you’re not being honest about that either.
I’m sorry that the truth hurts, but if the Republicans wanted minorities to vote for them, they should have done something about racist bigots like Rush Limbaugh a long time ago. Instead, they’ve spent more than a generation becoming the party of racism, to the point that I think it highly unlikely that any minority group will vote for them in appreciable numbers.
@frellthat – Coming from a dimocrat, no doubt. A rational person wouldn’t reply to me with a racist statement for no other reason than personal satisfaction. I hope you feel better about yourself now. To blatantly state that one race votes entirely for one party? Really? Oh wait… you must be Al Sharpton surfing YouTube video’s and you just couldn’t pass me by? Oh, I didn’t call you names.
A rational person would be hard-pressed to find anything “racist” in my simple statement that the Republican Party has a reputation for racism. The fact is that it is a party reviled by most minority groups. Blacks in particular have not voted for a Republican Presidential candidate since the Great Depression. Calling me names is not going to change that fact, so grow up.
@frellthat – It’s OK. Please don’t take this as offensive either, but what an immature and racist statement to make… and a stereotypical one at that. If that’s what it takes to be a dimocrat, thank god I’m not. In November dimocrats were taken to school with the largest republican takeover of congress in over 60 years. In 2012, republicans will win 6 senate seats, giving them a majority in both houses plus the white house… regardless of who we run. Have a nice day!
I’m sorry that this must come across as offensive, but you’d truly have to be politically tone-deaf to believe that either Hispanics or blacks will ever vote Republican. That is simply not a possibility within your lifetime. Virtually all minorities are overwhelmingly Democrat, and to see why, you need only look at Rush Limbaugh, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, Rick Santorum, etc. etc. ad infinitum. The GOP is seen as racist and xenophobic party, sorry.
Mr. Cain and Ben Bernanke 2012; Questions for them:
1.)? When the United States borrows money from? the Federal Reserve who do we specifically pay that? money to; meaning to which individuals?
2.) Who? owns the Federal Reserve?
3.) Does the Federal Reserve pay taxes on the? trillions they make and if so to what country since they are a business?
Mr. Cain used to work for the? Federal? Reserve.
I wouldn’t trust him for President.
@METALGEARSOL1D – Who died and made you the spokesman for all Hispanics? And why do you find it necessary to insult me? You just blew your credibility with the insults. Bush’s economy was great until dimocrats took majority of both houses. Bush’s highest unemployment was lower than Obama’s lowest unemployment – Dept of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. If the election were held today, ANY republican would beat Obama… check the polls.
@NAGGERNUTZ What are you talking about? The GOP is a fucking poison in the eyes of the Hispanics. I’m Mexican and I will never ever vote GOP. Your one of those Fixed News fucktards that loves the GOP. Herman Cain doesn’t have a chance against Obama. I hate Obama, but the GOP is fucking stupid. They ruined our economy already and want another shot at finally destroying the middle class.
If Herman Cain should end up with the party nomination, he’ll destroy Barack Obama in the 2012 elections. Common sense… he’ll have the GOP vote, he’ll split the black and hispanic vote and he’ll capture the independents. That’s a landslide.
Herman Cain rocks!
Herman is too radical and wants me to keep my money. lol
Herman Cain please run for President.
You have my vote.
