Is an hour enough time to catch a connecting flight at Houton George Bush airport?
Never flown before and just wondering an hour will be plenty of time to change planes. Flying from Mobile, Al then transferring in Houston to go to Denver. We wont switch carriers, using Continental the whole trip. And also any info about George Bush airport would be helpful! Thanks for your help!
I used to fly through there a lot, but it’s been a while. From what I recall it’s very large and the terminals are quite far apart. However, since you’re not switching carriers you should be staying in the same terminal, so it will probably be ok. I’ve only been to a few airports where an hour was not enough time to switch planes, and Bush definitely wasn’t one of them.
It will be dependent on the weather, but the airline believes that an hour is enough time, as they sold you the ticket. Now, your flight out of Denver to Houston could be delayed because we are approaching winter and delays for snow and deicing.
an hour should be ok. but, you will switching terminals. Mobile is serviced by Express, which is terminal B. The DEN flight will be either C or E, which are close and connected. You will not have to go thru security.
Good Luck
