How Does the White House send a birthday card to a citizen?

I’ve heard I can request a birthday card from the White House / the President. How can I have this done for my daughters.?

mail the White House your address and name of each kid and the b/day date…I have a welcome to the world note for each of my kids from the white house….

Well it would be pretty cool if they sent me a birthday card. I know they’re busy though so they dont really have to or anything.
