are you new to how government makes money? They are not selling hand made socks. It is not the Federal Government or the State Government money. It is our money. We elect state officials to tell the Federal Government sometime hey you know that money we gave you to help out when disasters happen? Yeah we need that back.

Yet law is useless: To them, it matters not if our Constitutional rights were violated by gov. officials and judges, since they are all protected by their friends or by judiciary immunity, no matter how preposterously and egregiously criminal their actions: The state will never act if that means going after their own. Citizens beware… We have entered already into the lawlessness of a banana republic, in which all judges and clerks are agents to special interests in circumventing law!
Here’s what’s the problem: Whenever you cry foul about ANY public official, the scrutiny from authorities on them doesn’t augment; IT DISAPPEARS ALTOGETHER! They close ranks and make it impossible for the citizen to bring them to justice… Acknowledging our existence and claims will inexorably mean that they’ll have to actually do something, like their job, which we the taxpayers handsomely pay, for nothing! Neither of these corrupt minions will ever do something, unless forced by law!
… I can prove my case, of course; with SWORN AND UNDISPUTED TESTIMONY by witnesses to this rigged tax sale, in which the main witness is one Robert U. DelVecchio. Additionally, I have OFFICIAL AUDITS BY THE BOROUGH ACCOUNTANTS, Garbarini and Co., DENYING THE VERY EXISTENCE of the debt alleged by their collector WITHOUT PROOF… Our very own tax records would not be produced in court by them, even under subpoena and OPRA requests! Has any of you had problems getting your own records?
But Christie will never do his job, obviously: As a US Attorney, he did nothing with the reams of documents we sent to him since 2006, detailing how the Carlstadt tax collector, Chris Assenheimer, FORGED the appearance of debt in my 72 yo partner’s RE property tax account, to create a bogus tax lien, which he then saved for its exclusive and illegal purchase by his friend Joseph Ritchie, uncle to Carlstadt’s councilman Dennis Ritchie: THIS WAS A RIGGED TAX SALE SCHEME, A FEDERAL CRIME!
A more URGENT matter is the unresponsiveness from government to PUBLIC CORRUPTION: CHRISTIE HAS IGNORED FOR YEARS NOW OUR COMPLAINTS! Just WHEN will they do their job regarding the fact that my partner and I were ROBBED of our house in Carlstadt NJ by its corrupt officials, with the help of corrupt Bergen Co. judges, in the MOST CORRUPT state in USA, while the county prosecutor refused to even see us, under the protection of a corrupt Corzine administration, and now Christie’s?

Google “Federal Spending Received Per Dollar of Taxes Paid by State” from 1981 – 2005 (last year data was collected that I could find) NJ has ranked dead last or second to last in the federal tax dollars we get back VS federal tax dollars we pay in. it’s about time we got some of our tax dollars back.
