What political party have some of the presidents of the United States been a member of ?

Especially Liberal ones?

I have a choice to either get an associates in science or liberal arts. Ultimately I want to get into the field of art conservation.

All kidding aside (since you hear so many cracks on liberal arts) what real value is there in having a degree in Liberal Arts?

The biased reporting from Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly on the decision of the US Air Force to deny a request for an aircraft flyby at a Christian festival in Idaho obfuscated a real issue of First Amendment law under the US Constitution as I show in this video. The 3 fair use clips from Fox News’ “The O’Reilly Factor” come from the July 9, 2009, broadcast some of which is available online at www.foxnews.com The webpage showing the mission statement of the Treasure Valley God and Country Festival in Nampa, Idaho, that I briefly show in my video is online at godandcountryfestival.com The full text of the US Supreme Court case, Everson v. Board of Education, 330 US 1 (1947), to which I referred in my video is available online at caselaw.lp.findlaw.com The image of the $100 bill I used in this video came from my own scan. The image of the Ten Commandments monument is from TheZachMorrisExperience and is used under the creative commons license described at a link on the photo at commons.wikimedia.org In compliance with that creative commons license, this video may be distributed by anyone who complies with the creative commons license described at creativecommons.org And, finally, as always, you can find DOZENS and DOZENS more examples of Fox News bias on my Fox News bias playlist on YouTube at www.youtube.com

in a “living and breathing” document because they do not want to adhere to it’s principles. Is freedom and self-reliance enemies to the Liberal agenda of central planning and government control?

I’m a sophomore in high school right now, and I’ve kinda started thinking about colleges. I’m interested in studying in liberal arts, but rather at a small college, I want to study at a large university with diversity. Preferably on either the east or west coast in a city…
How are NYU, Columbia, UCLA, USC, Berkeley’s etc. liberal programs?

Someone who is a liberal mentioned in an answer that he could answer this question. I’d really like to hear the alternatives. I’ve already heard the Ron Paul solution. It appears to me that terrorism is happening world wide with or without America being involved and it’s usually done by Islamic radicals. No offense meant to Islamic people who don’t condone it. It seems to happen Islamic people by Islamic people in some places.
I appreciate the real effort made by some to come up with alternatives. However, I disagree that there is a solution that could be described as simple.
I am still hoping that the one who came up with the question will answer.

I have a liberal joke that goes like this: If you stand near a liberal you can hear the ocean.

Thats it. I need more material.

I am going to college soon and wondered if there were any good college dance programs (i.e. a lot of classes, great teachers, including contemporary dance – things like that) in a liberal arts college. I don’t want to go to a huge school but I still want a good dance education as well as good academics. I know I’m picky, but if you know any schools, let me know!

We have 2 handguns and 6 rifles (no automatics). And we love hunting. That’s pretty normal in the Ozarks. Yet our liberal media seems to think that more than one gun is an ARSENAL. Whatever happened to the Constitution?
