Obama entered the White House in January with tough problems on his plate: the mortgage meltdown, the war in Iraq, a failing economy, etc. Please tell me your opinions.

I need to answer questions for government class, and one of them asks about the qualifications of the position of white house counsel. I’ve looked this up many times and can’t find an answer. If someone knows the answer, or of a web site that should have the answer, please let me know. Now of coarse you never hear about any of this today but these are irrefutable facts that are being ignored by the mainstream media.
