Why does Barack Obama use so many pens?

   Presidents and governors do this. They sign with several pens, then give them as gifts or souvenirs to people, like those who helped with a particular piece of legislation.

   they have so many pens because they sign 4 so many forms

   Wow, you must be new to the whole politics thing? All Presidents do this when they sign a bill. It’s for History preservation, and gifts and what nots.
