I think this is a very dumb uneducated question.
They like his name. It is something they would name their kids.
He’s not very popular in the middle-east amongst our allies, that is. Our friends and allies like Saudi Araibia, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt need a strong leader that is going to protect them. Protect them from the likes of Iran and Terrorism. But they fear a weak (sissy like) leader in Obama. Maybe i’m wrong, maybe he’ll turn out to be a strong leader, but i do know this, which is fact, that our friends and allies are deeply concerned about Obama, espeacilly Israel. It might even propell Israel into acting against Iran.
He is popular amongst our enmies though, because the likes of Iran, Syria, Hezbulloh, Hamas know they can play around with him and know he would’nt threaten military action.
I would also like to add, that i’m a Mccain supporter and a supporter of the Iraq war. However, lets show respect and dignity for the Obama campaign. Like Mccain, I found the poster distasteful. I hate how Obama is getting all the media coverage, but this is not how we should get back at that.
The cover was a cartoon version of the Kenyan native dress he wore when he visited that nation. The last I recall, Kenya is not in the Middle East. It’s in Eastern Africa and was the site of a terrorist attack on one of our embassies in the previous administration.
