I’m not sure if they can solve this question with the description you are letting us know. You could describe a bit more so that we can answer with more confidence. Just a thought!
Maybe. Put simply, it depends on how the economy is doing in the fall of 2012. If it’s good, Obama wins. If it no, someone like Christie may win.
On the other hand, even if the economy is doing poorly, Obama would have a very good chance should he find himself running against Palin or Gingrich. Whilst these people are popular amongst the Republican base they offend the more civilized parts of the Conservative movement and decent Americans in general.
Unlikely. Christie’s loony, aggressive, right wing nut job persona plays well at the local level (ever been to Jersey?).
But on a national stage he is likely to be considered too extreme to be elected. Run, jump start the base, get some loons off their couch – fine. Govern and work with the international community – not likely.
eta: It’s really hard to tell if people seriously believe he could or are just trolling right wing bots. In reality — not a chance, but go ahead and try it.
Crisco Christie is simply a rank opportunist hunting headlines and anything else that can boost his profile and thereby boost his lecture and book income.
He’s a johnny-come-lately to GOP elective politics and needs to try to grab some attention for himself to keep his profile hi enough to stay in the game.
So, he tries to attach himself to a hi profile name: Ob.
A crude, flash-in-the-pan, self-serving ploy.
As for his extreme rightism playing well in NJ?
Yeah, ever BEEN to NJ?: it’s moderate suburbia btwn Philly & NYC, w/ much higher income and educational attainment than the rest of the nation.
Other than the Christie fluke, it’s been one of the Bluest states for decades.
anything is possible right now
nobody really knows him, it depends on how he comes across
you have to remember
we are dealing with the”american idol”mentality crowd
the candidate has to appeal not only to conservative republicans, but to conservative democrats, independents, and undecided voters in order to win
people want a fiscal conservative, but for some reason, a social democrat

Yes, easily. Btw, ANYBODY could beat the Kenya Commie in 2012!

Possibly.
Depends on the economy, which is rapidly improving.

IN a heart beat. No contest.
